Wall jib crane, referred to as wall crane, can be divided into manual and electric rotation, and the rotation angle is about 300°.
The jib is 10m long and is attached to a pillar of sufficient strength to support the wall crane.
The fixed bracket of the wall jib crane is connected with the fixed pillar by bolts, which is convenient for disassembly. It can be equipped with a domestic wire rope electric hoist or an electric chain hoist.
The working area is circular.
At present, the designed lifting capacity of the wall crane is within 3 tons.
The jib crane safety trolley line is a new type of mobile power supply device, which gradually replaces the old exposed angle iron and copper bar trolley line with its superior performance such as insulation, safety, temperature resistance, vibration resistance, and energy saving. Jib cranes are prone to power failure during use, and sometimes sparks are generated in the power transmission conduit. In severe cases, the trolley wires are fired, resulting in frequent replacement of collectors and affecting production. The following improvements have been made for this purpose:
(1) Increase the chamfer of the collector brush and polish it smoothly;
(2) Increase the strength and elasticity of the spring between the two opposite brushes of the collector to ensure that the spring can recover freely;
(3) Deepen. Reinforce the spring seat in the collector to ensure that the recovery spring of the brush is not easy to “cross-position” during work;
(4) The connecting block at the junction of the two sections of safety trolley line should have chamfers to ensure the smooth transition of the collector. At the same time, in order to ensure the normal use of the safety trolley line, the standardized operation of the driver, the regular maintenance and regular inspection of the maintenance worker are also essential.
